Are you sick of asking yourself, “why am I so tired”? Do you want to snap out of the funk you are in and get more things done with your day? There are many reasons why someone can be tired all the time.

You could be sick and that would be a good reason to be tired. It is very normal anymore for people to be tired, but there is a way to fight the tiredness. Here are three reason why you might be so tired.

First, you might be tired due to what you eat. If you eat a lot of unnatural foods that are processed, then you will probably be tired. It is harder for your body to digest these foods and they lack nutrients.

When your body has to use more energy to digest these types of foods you will not have as much energy for other things. This is one of the main reasons people are so tired. Avoid processed and unnatural foods and you will see a significant difference.

Second, you might be sleeping too much. It is a proven fact that those that sleep less than 7 hours a day have a longer life span. This means that you do not need 8 hours of sleep each day.

Did you know that some of the most successful people in the world only sleep 4 hours a night? This is what successful people are made of and if you change your sleeping habits you will have more time. This can give you the necessary time to get more things done during the day.

Last, you could be tired because you don’t sleep right. If you cannot get the good deep sleep that our bodies require you will be left asking, “why am i so tired?” This is not the question you want to ask.

It is better to get 2 hours of deep REM sleep than 8 hours of just sleep. Those that can teach themselves how to sleep easier and deeper will be healthier, live longer, and will not be tired. This is the key to getting out of your funk.
